Kindergarten

Kindergarten students are required to pay 11 months of school fees per academic year. Payments should be made via autopay. Please refer to HSBC Autopay form.
No discounts, makeup classes are available for kindergarten students who miss school due to illness or holidays.
Withdrawal application would be accepted at the end of each month. Deposits are to be used as tuition fee during the notice period.

Playgroup

Parents can choose between a 3-day or 5-day playgroup program. A change of decision is permitted by giving at least one month’s advance notice before the start of the term. A program change from 3 to 5 day weeks or vice versa during the term is not permitted.

Currently, a make up class for 3-day students can be offered IF a written notification is received from the parents notifying Hamilton Hill that they are going to leave on certain days at least one month in advance.

We offer pro-rata rates for 5-day students if they have given us at least one month’s advance notice on days they wish to take leave. A refund can be made at a 50% discounted rate for the days in which the student did not attend class.
No refunds are made for sick leave.

Easter or Summer Camps and extra-curricular activities

All camps and extra-curricular activities and courses are non-refundable. In case of Hamilton Hill decides on suspending classes for whatever reason, compensation classes will be provided on the new dates offered by the school.

There will be no make-up lessons or compensation for students who missed classes due to illness or personal reasons.

In case of Force Majeure events, including events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, both Hamilton Hill and the parents will be released off their obligations.
